 | Delivery to UK Mainland destinations is FREE for all orders except bait and leads (spend £10 or more any any items and Lead goes postage free!). Bait goes post free for the first 20kg if you spend £50 or more on any items, prices vary if you spend £50 or more and order more than 20kg of bait. If you spend less than £50 on any items then Bait delivery charges for 5kg or less is £5 and then £8.50 up to 20kg and then prices varying depending on qty - charge will be dispayed below your basket and during checkout. Pop-ups and some oils,dips are also post free. See your basket for further details on all delivery charges. |

| For UK parcel deliveries, if you are not present at delivery time, you will be left a card stating your possible options for re-delivery. We are not liable for any extra charges made by Royal Mail if you request changes to your delivery address or any charges made for re-delivery. If your goods are delivered by City Link, and you wish to change your delivery address, then you must contact them to change your delivery address before their 2nd attempt at delivery. We are not liable for any extra delivery charges made by City Link if you request changes to your delivery address that are outside the scope of the above requirements. |

| We cannot be held responsible for occaisons where Royal Mail, City Link or any other courrier fail to meet their delivery targets. If you receive a package that is damaged, has holes in it, torn, ripped or open then you must make a note of this on the form that you sign for your parcel as we cannot be held responsible for any loss without this. |
