| If you take delivery of an England Angling package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Please follow the instructions below to return your item. |

| You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If you choose to return the item to us, please follow the instructions below. |

| If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item) |
| As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, e-mail us and let us know. We'll send you the correct item as soon as we can. Send the original item back to us (please follow the instructions below) and we'll make sure you are not charged for it. |
| If you wish to cancel your order after receiving your goods: By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the date of your purchase. You must nofify us by email or telephone of your itention to return any item(s) within 7 working days of taking delivery. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equating to delivery at cost plus credit/debit card processing charges (2% for credit cards and 50p for debit cards). We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video and DVD products where the item has been unsealed.
During the Christmas period, we are willing to exchange goods and items of clothing that do not fit (for the correct size) if they are unused, still with any packaging and tags they came with and in re-salable condition (ie not tainted with smoke, beer smells etc) if you notify us by Jan 2nd 2013 and return the item by Jan 9th 2013. We can only offer refunds if you notify us within 7 working days after the day of delivery. Shipping charges at cost will also apply for exchanges. |

| How to Return Your Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Item or if you cancel your order within 7 days after receving delivery and notify us within 7 working days of receiving your item(s) that you wish to make a return |
| Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently: |
| + You must notify us by email or telephone of your itention to return item(s) within 7 working days of taking delivery of your item(s). |
| + Write on the back of your invoice, giving the reason for the return (including a full description of the fault if the item is defective) |
| + If you don't have the original invoice, include a note detailing the reason for return. This note must include your order number, which you will be able to find in the email that was sent to you when you placed your order online. |
| + Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories |
