Delivery

We normally despatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day.

If you are buying any FROZEN BAIT then you must choose a Next Working Day delivery option if you want your bait to arrive as fresh as possible. If you choose a standard delivery service then your bait would be out of the freezer between approx 5 working days during transit.

Delivery to UK Mainland excluding long items is as follows:-

Spend under £25 - Standard Delivery £2.99 which usually takes 3 to 5 working days after your order has been picked up by the courier.

Spend over £25 - Free Standard Delivery which usually takes 3 to 5 working days after your order has been picked up by the courier.

Next Working Day - £7.50 - order before MIDDAY for dispatch that day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after MIDDAY on a Friday will be dispatched the following working day.

Spend £75 or more for Free Next Working Day Delivery - order before MIDDAY on a working day for dispatch that same working day. Orders placed after MIDDAY on a Friday will be dispatched the following working day. Long items are excluded from this offer.

Long items include most items measuring over 1m such as rods, 6ft landing nets, poles, some bedchairs, some barrows and some bivvies. Standard shipping for these items is £15 and will take approx 1 to 3 working days for delivery.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund on any delivery charges if any of our couriers fail to meet their targets. We have no control over couriers whatsoever and we cannot claim any refunds from them for operational delays.

For any other destinations including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands or Islands and Northern Ireland then you must contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing. If your order is under 2KG with max dimensions of 45cm x 35cm x 16cm then we can normally deliver to IOW, IOM, CI, SH&I and NI at our normal delivery rates above (Next Working Day services may take longer) but if you put an order through and your parcel is larger, then you'll be notified of how much shipping you need to pay.

We use Royal Mail, Fedex and DHL for most deliveries.

Please note that if you choose to change delivery to a local pick-up location, such as a local convenience store, that any large parcels may be refused by the store staff due to their size. We do not advise using pick-up locations for any large parcels.

Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

PICKING UP FROM OUR STORE - you can also choose to pick up your order from our York store, Monday to Saturday. Just following the instructions at the address stage during checkout for this option.
